Delete your account

SharpClass is operated by Emmanqubic. This page explains how to request deletion of your SharpClass account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Email info@emmanqubic.co.za from the email address linked to your SharpClass account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify the request and process it.

If you signed up with Apple's private relay email or with a phone number, include your display name and grade so we can locate your account.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (name, email, profile photo URL, Firebase user ID).
• Your learning data: XP, level, streak, hearts, achievements, subjects practised, quiz and answer history.
• Your leaderboard entry and any discussion comments you posted.

All of the above is permanently deleted within 30 days of your verified request.

What may be kept

• Anonymised, aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you.
• Records we are legally required to retain (for example, payment or tax records), kept only for the period the law requires and then deleted.

Deleting only some data

You can also request deletion or correction of specific personal information without closing your account — email the same address and tell us what you'd like removed. These are your rights under South Africa's POPIA.
